The UnidosUS Learning Alliance (ULA) is currently registering counselors for the Implementing and Growing Your Homebuyer Education training in Phoenix, AZ. The training is located at the Phoenix Corporate Center, 3003 N. Central Ave., Phoenix, AZ, 85012.  The training will begin on Monday, September 23rd, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. and go through Wednesday, September 25th, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. 

Implementing and Growing Your Homebuyer Education provides an overview of the tools necessary to enhance or build their homebuyer education departments to effectively serve short and long term clients should attend this essential course. Class topics include: Creating curriculum for your unique community, practical tools to build a dynamic course, keeping adult learners engaged, structuring program delivery, FHA and Lending products, incorporating Fair Housing, steps for recovery to homeownership after foreclosure, using technology to create online learning and avoiding housing and lending scams. Students can expect to dedicate 21 hours of in-person learning.
