The UnidosUS Learning Alliance (ULA) is currently registering counselors for the Understanding Income Taxes Webinar.  The training will take place on Thursday, January 30th, 2025, 12:00 PM- 2:30 PM EST.

This course will provide introductory information to understanding the income tax system.  You will learn strategies to assist your clients (and yourself!) to make sure you are making strategic decisions when it comes to income taxes.  Topics covered will include income tax brackets, filing statuses, deductions, exemptions, itemizing deductions, as well as guidance on filing on self-employment income.  We will also cover the most come income tax credits that can be used to reduce your tax liability.

Our courses are designed to provide options to multiple types of learners in one setting. We provide a virtual class facilitated by an instructor. Two-hour mandatory attendance is required for this training to receive a certificate of course completion.
