The UnidosUS Learning Alliance (ULA) is currently registering counselors for the Fundamentals of Pre-Purchase Housing Counseling Hybrid. The training will sessions are scheduled for December 2nd through December 17th, 2024. Mandatory Live Sessions are Tuesdays & Thursdays 8AM -2PM PT/ 11AM- 5PM ET. Live training times: Tuesday: December 3rd 11:00am ET – 5:00pm ET
Fundamentals of Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Counseling will help you create and enhance your pre-purchase counseling program. You will identify and experience the HUD housing counseling requirements and National Industry Standards for providing accurate client case management, including all the essential components for successful pre-purchase counseling. To help gain a well-rounded understanding of the pre-purchase counseling process, this course provides an optimal learning experience, using a variety of teaching methods such as group breakouts, exercises, case studies, knowledge checks, discussions, and live instructor-led content delivery. Finally, you will receive a library of templates that can be replicated for use in your own counseling program.
