Eligibility Guidelines
HUD Certified- Independent
Counselors must be employed by a HUD certified agency.
Eligible agencies must be independently certified by HUD.
Agencies cannot use more than one scholarship per fiscal year to ensure that equal opportunity is given to as many organizations as possible.
Scholarships will be issued on a first come, first serve basis.
HUD Certified- Intermediary
Counselors must be employed by a HUD certified agency.
